Driver Training Risk Assessments are an essential part of the Health and Safety regime of any UK who has employees driving, for work.
At Blue School of Motoring Ltd our driver risk assessments start with a short driving questionnaire which outlines each driver’s working practices, their vehicle use and collects information on their regular working journeys and driving history.
We then structure a practical on-road assessment, where we can observe your company car drivers habits, attitude and decide what training would benefit the fleet driver’s safety or reduce the employer’s costs regarding fuel, insurance and vehicle maintenance.
Once a driving risk assessment has taken place with all findings recorded, you will then receive a report outlining any risks present for individual drivers or through company practice. We will also recommend a course of action which may involve either further training for individual company car drivers who are seen to be at risk through their driving, or implementation of driving policies company-wide to reduce occupational road risk.
